Item works great as long as you are in a quite room. Could use some noise cancellation because it picks up everything and the person you are talking to will get a lot of background noise. Purchased to use while driving and as long as the radio is off the conversation is fine.

I bought 6 of these for Gifts. My gift giving decision came as a result of using a friends phone to take call and not experiencing any distortion either on my end or the callers end...I was sold!. I had another Bluetooth that was horrible, it went unused for 2 years till I deposited it in the trash compactor. I bought one of these for myself then gifted everyone I talk to on a regular basis with one to. My insanity has cleared up tremdously.
