This product actually works as described by their crazy commericals with the leaf blowers and construction equipment. Best headset ever.
Customer Review: Not Good
I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my husband. One broke in the first 3 weeks of use. The noise cancelling sometimes works really well and sometimes doesn't work at all. (I know how to toggle the cancelling on and off.) They are heavy and uncomfortable. I bought ear gels for them which worked for my husband, but the jawbone would still fall out of my ear. The ear piece seems to be of poor design with a spring causing the device to move away from the ear. The sound quality is poor and we could barely understand each other while using the devices. The noise cancelling doesn't work at in the wind so if you plan on using it outside, don't bother. These were a waste of money. I like platronics much better. I use a 500. The noise cancelling for that one is so-so but it is comfortable and clear.
