Customer Review: Not Good
I bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my husband. One broke in the first 3 weeks of use. The noise cancelling sometimes works really well and sometimes doesn't work at all. (I know how to toggle the cancelling on and off.) They are heavy and uncomfortable. I bought ear gels for them which worked for my husband, but the jawbone would still fall out of my ear. The ear piece seems to be of poor design with a spring causing the device to move away from the ear. The sound quality is poor and we could barely understand each other while using the devices. The noise cancelling doesn't work at in the wind so if you plan on using it outside, don't bother. These were a waste of money. I like platronics much better. I use a 500. The noise cancelling for that one is so-so but it is comfortable and clear.

Customer Review: A third Person turd
The blue tooth headset is well worth the $60 I paid for both the game and the headset. However the game is major turd. I'll be trading it in for something else at gamestop or game crazy. I knew going in it was going to be a third person shooter, but I underestimated how bad it would really be. The sniping is ok but overall I have no desire to play this game. The headset works great. It has great talk time and is very clear. It works perfectly with my cell phone too.
Customer Review: SOCOM but only online
I have to admit I bought this product mainly for the Bluetooth headset that was bundled with the game. To get the thing to work though I had to download the user guide since it came without even a step by step setup guide. After that the headset paired up nicely and I works fine. The sound quality depends greatly on the type of host connection you get. As far as the game goes I have played SOCOM since the first title came out for PS2 and was expecting a visual upgrade for the PS3 and more depth gaming experience. Well, the visuals are good but not as impressive as other games I have seen for the PS3 (like Call of Duty) and I was disappointed that it's only an online game. I had to jump into the action out of practice and with little knowledge of the new features. You have to learn as you go since the user manual is pretty thin and vague. I did however recognize almost all the maps from previous SOCOM titles. It seems they did not want to waste too much time in developing new maps but rather creating a more robust online server... I guess. Overall this is still a fun shooter but after getting COD: World at War I have played very little SOCOM.

I bought this as a gift. It seems to work well. It's good that it includes a couple of different earbuds and earhooks so that the user can find the right combination.

Pros - Lightweight - Comfortable - Loud Speaker - Good Design Cons - Terrible Range - The microphone picks up every bit of background noise. Talking in a store is like talking in a concert. - Talking to someone who owns a BlueAnt z1, it would cut me out on his end because of the background noise so he had to talk with his handset to me. Summation If you work in even a moderately noisy environment this one is not for you. You may want to consider a different blueant or a Jawbone. In my experience Plantronics makes superb headsets.

Item works great as long as you are in a quite room. Could use some noise cancellation because it picks up everything and the person you are talking to will get a lot of background noise. Purchased to use while driving and as long as the radio is off the conversation is fine.

I bought 6 of these for Gifts. My gift giving decision came as a result of using a friends phone to take call and not experiencing any distortion either on my end or the callers end...I was sold!. I had another Bluetooth that was horrible, it went unused for 2 years till I deposited it in the trash compactor. I bought one of these for myself then gifted everyone I talk to on a regular basis with one to. My insanity has cleared up tremdously.
